Question

I recently purchased a Studio 24c Audio Interface. I am trying to register it so I can recover my Studio One download, etc. I keep getting an error that says "This product key has been registered already. Please supply an unused product key" but this is impossible as I just bought it 4 days ago and opened it today. Please help me!!!

Hi. Did buy the product brand new (ie not 'B' stock)? I suspect that you need to get back to your supplier and find out if they registered the unit for demo purposes. M.
