Question

I have just bought a Yeticast bundle and it came with a booklet with a code for StudioOne inside of it. I went to the site, created an account, and went to register my code but it is saying it has already been registered. I have not used it yet as I have just opened the package as of writing this. Can I get some help, please?

Create a ticket at my.presonus > support. With it being a holiday I don't know what the turnaround time will be, but they've always gotten back to me.

I have had the same issue. I just opened my new software and I am disappointed to see there is a bunch of people with the same issue.  I have created a ticket and we will see.  Not a good start to my experience
