Question

All other applications are at there normal volume. I have read other answers to this problem and have had no success. I am using windows 10, have windows audio as my interface and i have the most recent update 4.5 (professional).

This could be because you are using a combination of Native monitoring in addition to Hardware monitoring.

Check to see if you have Monitor (the blue button) enabled on your track(s).
