Can I hook the Studio 24c to a thunderbolt 3 and is so will the latency be better.

I am just wondering if the Studio 24c will support thunderbolt 3 and if so how much will this improve latency

The Studio 24c supports USB 2.0 protocol over the USB-C connector.  The best performance you can hope for is USB 2.0 speed/latency.  It's not a Thunderbolt 3 interface even though Thunderbolt 3 shares the same USB-C connector.
