closed What exactly is the command to get the metering turned on at top of channel strip in faderport16 ?

The manual says :   ". Metering. Displays the channel metering. This can

be turned on or off by pressing SHIFT plus the push button encoder in the Session Navigator. "

I have Studio one artist with faderport16  and win7  .   I can not seem to get metering displayed .

At the top of the device (faderport), next to the scribble strips on the right, there is a button marked Track (Timecode is written below it).  

Press to swap between viewing the channels output meter or more comprehensive channel name.  Pressing shift and Track displays the timecode that you have defaulted to.
