Question

Hello. I'm using a StudioLive 16r controlled with UC Surface on my iPad Pro. The app will not rotate from landscape to portrait mode. Does it not have that functionality? Is there some setting I'm missing? I could not find any info in the support section. Thanks very much.

UC Surface for Ai and Series III Mixers on iPad / iPad Pro does not rotate into portrait mode, it will however rotate fully if you rotate your iPad home button is on either left or right side.

The 1st Generation StudioLive mixers iPad software did support a portrait mode which may be what you are thinking of.
