Tried to update firmware and it hangs indefinitely at the "startup Please wait". Mac O/S el capitan (just updated). installed/uninstalled/installed/uninstalled/installed 1.7.3 Universal Control. It does not do anything to control factory reset. Just continues to hang. Unplugged power for many minutes. Nothing.
Tried to find firmware to manually reinstall with Flash, but can't find 5 files required to do so...even with registering the product. Can you email me the files so I can factory reset the Studio Live board without the Universal Control?
