I have asked this almost a week ago. I sent computer file and proceeded to do all your support team asked. Still no sample one. Also to add to my issues, why Reaktor preset and element folders empty?

If you do not have any files in Sample One, that means you do not have all of your SoundSets installed.

If your NI Reaktor and Element Folders are empty, that's also because the content is not installed.
