Loop Loft loops won't sync to BPM in S1 4

I have seen this question answered, but I have enables "Stretch audio files" in the song setup and it still doesn't adjust.

Do you have the Artist or Pro ?  I have the same issue in artist .. I just switched from S1-2 Pro and never had a problem
