Hi thank you for your help. I have been happily using Studio One for a few months now after using Cakewalk Producer for many years and feel comfortable as I am learning this new program. This evening I tried installing A second version onto my laptop when I noticed that I had some free plug ins to try. I experienced a couple failed installs when I decided to finish installing the second version. While the second computer(my laptop) installing the program, I went to my desktop and opened a recent song. There were almost a dozen error messages indicating that some sound presets were missing. I tried playing the song but heard no sound despite the lit VU meters. Then I went to my laptop and noticed the issue missing presets trying Presence synth, Impact drum machine and most of the others. However I did hear sound messing with the Mai Tai.
