I cannot record audio even though inputs, outputs and locations are all correct.

I have been looking for a solution and all suggestions seem to be about inputs and outputs or the saving location. That is not my issue. I opened older songs that have been finished and the record button will not work on those either. If one track is already armed to record it still won't record and if I turn it off, it can't be turned back on.
