Why am I getting an error message for registering too many products?

Hello, I am getting an error stating "you have registered a similar product too many times" when trying to register my last Earmix 16M. I know I am a great customer (my studio runs Preonus studio monitors, subs, a new 32S, SW5E, and 4 Earmix 16M's), but surely I'm not number 1, as indicated by me "breaking" the system. What do y'all thing, let a guy register his product? LOL
