Shop won’t let me upgrade

I have Studio One 3 professional registered and would like to take advantage of the sale to upgrade to SO4. However, when I click to buy the software upgrade it says that I do not have the correct previous version registered.

Please help as I do not want to miss this opportunity to upgrade during the sale.
