Where is the 20 or 24 digit serial number for my StudioLive 24 rackmount at? Thanks!

Serial Number for the Rack Mixers can be found in the following places:

• On the outside of the box it came in
• On the registration card in the bag that came with the mixer
• On the back of the mixer above the barcode
• In Universal Control Browser menu. 

If registering your product is unsuccessful, visit your https://my.presonus.com account, click on the Support menu and click the Orange button to "Create A Ticket" so a Tech Support agent can assist.
