Studio One Artist software not showing up in my product list.

I had registered my PreSonus Audio Box 96 that is bundled with Studio One Artist. It's is said that once the audio box is registered that Studio One Artist will show up in your software product list to download and install. I can not seam to find it anywhere, Any help is appreciated.

I have about the same problem! I bought from Thomann PreSonus AudioBox USB 96. I followed the instructions but I cannot register the product and Sudio One does not exist in my products.
Please tell me what I can do!

was this question answered? I have the same problem after I register the hardware "AudioBox USB 96" , the Studio One Artist Software isnt available for me to install. Appreciate the help!
