Like Cubase, once you pack a folder, the folder track size is not the same as other tracks. It wastes the room, especially, if you are working with a laptop. Hope it will be improved in the next update.

do you know that you can just resize the newly created folder track btw?

just drag the lower boundary until you're satisfied with results.
