Question

I've been putting up with only one functioning meter on my Central Station for a while, but it's a little irritating. I don't suppose there is some sort of system reboot or setting I've discounted that might bring the lower meter back to life is there?

I would cover the simplest things first.  Check different audio source and calibrate the meter.  Make sure your audio source/s are working in stereo.  Calibrate the meter.  If still no good, then you most like have a faulty meter bridge.  Contact Tech Support for repairs.
