Question

After startup of my 16.02 al input signals except this from 13- 16 are working. The output shows signal textually nothing is coming out  of the mixer. Not over the main, nor the headphones nor the monitor output.

IM running the mixer on Mac. normally the mixes would stay in this state for about 3 - 5 minutes en then work fine. since yesterday the mixer stays in this mode and I have no idea how to get it out.

I tried zero out.

I did a reset on the firmware. Nothing seems to work.

Who can help?

You did everything a user can do, so open a ticket with Supoort and ask for their help. It seems your mixer needs a repair.
