Question

The mixer was working and I went to set up a new scene. got back and one through 4 have input but no output. all other channels work fine. I was also setting up an aux for a sub. I have done a factory reset and it did not fix it.

That sounds like something with the hardware, create a support ticket, they should be able to help you out.
