Hi there, i bought the AR8 mixer second hand but it never came with the software, is their anywhere i can get this?

This is the download page of your mixer. Firmware is available only in your PreSonus accound, when you have registered the mixer. The former owner has to de-register the mixer first. Studio One is not getting transferred to new owners, if a mixer was registered already.
