Question

UC Surface does not connect with my IPad Air. All Devices are on the newest Version. Mac OSX El Capitan. There is no Documentation. Can anyone help?

Verify the usual things.

Reset your wireless router.

Connect your Mac with a wired internet connection.

Uninstall the UC Surface remote app on the iPad and install again.

If this still doesn't fix it, you may need to trouble shoot further.  Create a support ticket.
