Go to My.Presonus.com and login to your account with the old email address. Go under Support and create a ticket with PreSonus Support. They may tell you that you can use the transfer procedure to move it from old email to new email, as though you had sold it to someone with that new email address. But don't take my word on that, check with PreSonus Support.
