Yes. There are different ways to do this. Here is a combined connection for using ADAT and/or BNC. You can wire this with JUST ADAT or Just BNC, the drawing shows both. Once you have this setup remember to set the DP88's to the external Sync type. If you wire it both ways at the same time, the DP88's can be either ADAT or Wordclock.
When using 2x DP88's, if you use 88.2KHz or 96KHz sample rates you'll only get the first 4 channels of each DP88 in SMUX mode.
With this wiring setup you'll be able to switch sample rates without having to rewire.
Also be sure to use quality ADAT cables such as Hosa OPM-300 series, we've found really inexpensive ones to be problematic.
