Question

I did not get a total crash but was using 2T for Tape in. I adjusted to 48 khz and audio was no longer coming through. Through the board directly or the pc.
If there is someone who services these boards please let me know. Thanks in advance.  Please see the video for my rig.  Let me know it you have questions

I did a factory reset with UC
I reinstalled and updated capture and studio one 4
I tried to start system with the board off, turning everything on, then turning the board on.  Ive tried the opposite as well.

You seem not to be a registered user, so please do that first. You will need a registration in case you want to open a support ticket. You have to register your products, also.

Then there is a problem with the registration in "Answers". As you can see, your response says: "answered Jan 27 by (160 points)". There is no (user) name, hence nobody can have a look at the list of your former posts. Just check at another user how things should look like. You can also click on my user name and check "Recent Activity".

You may want to open a ticket (my.presonus.com) and ask PreSonus to renew your registration to "Answers".
