Studio One 3.5 crash on boot after "starting audio engine" OSX 10.9.5

we installed Studio one 3.5 Pro in Macbook pro(15inch mid 2010), running in OSX 10.9.5.

installation was successful. however, upon starting the program it will crash after  the "starting audio engine" message.

we are using a Dante virtual sound card.

Thanks for all of your patience.  This issue has been resolved in Studio One 3 version 3.5.1 and above.  If you are running version 3.5, please update.  Please submit a support ticket if you have any other issues with this.
