Apologies in advance if this is an AVB question rtather than an SW5E question -

If I have multiple AVB Talkers that I want to address one Listener. Howzat work through the SW5E?

If one talker falls out, I want the other one´s Talk to reach our Listening friend on the other end.

Setup:

Talker 1: Sollinger ILDA2AVB

Talker 2: Mac Powerbook Coreaudio

Listener: Solinger AVB2ILDA

The SW5E is just a dedicated unmanaged AVB Ethernet Switch that features PoE.

There is no software to manage the traffic on this device as your are suggesting.

Routing is handled through the AVDECC Matrix Configuration.

You can have multiple listeners to one talker, but not the other way around.
