Greetings!

I downloaded all the complete content when I installed Studio One 4, and all that content have a size of 40GB approximated

Now I need to reinstall Windows 10 because of some issues that I had with a program, and I want to create a backup for that downloaded folder and don't download that again. How can I do that Studio One detects that folder again?

Take note of where that folder exists on your hard drive. Then back up the contents of that folder to an external drive. Then when everything is reinstalled, copy that content back to that same folder. That should do it, I think.  Worst case scenario you'll have to re-download it.
