Any help appreciated.

I did my first test run on Facebook live... I have tons of experience recording with this AudioBox using Studio One, but obviously, Facebook doesn't need Studio one. It sounds great, but is only recording on left channel.

Is there something in windows settings to make this come through on both channels?

Web Audio is Mono Left Channel. You need to format your audio stream before sending it or the web service (FaceBook, YouTube, vimeo, etc) will automatically compress and convert your stereo to mono channel for you. 

For Example in OBS Studio in Audio Settings, you'd select Stereo: 

If you don't want to use OBS, you'll need to do some research on finding an encoder service that will retain your stereo feed.
