My StudioLive AR12 board has begun to squeal around 16k, could it be capacitors going bad?

The unit itself is emitting a high frequency squeal. Not through any signal channels, the actual unit squeals when powered up. It reminds me of an issue I had with other electronics where capacitors began to fail and would vibrate at an audible frequency. The unit was bought in November of 2018. Seems a little soon the wear out a component. Thoughts?
