Hello. I bought the Studio ONE 1 BOX set
There is software with a serial number here is the content I received in 2011
"Thank you for your registering Studio One Artist. As a customer who registered Studio One Artist after 18/10/2011 you are entitled to a free Upgrade from Studio One 1 Artist to Studio One 2 Artis"

But I can't activate it on my computer
It seems to me that by accident I created another account and I do not have and a message is displayed that I do not own the product
Please help

I have bought a Control MIDI Acorn coming with Studio One Artist . I have oppened an Account but I can not activate the Software ,
