Question

I recently renewed my membership with presonus sphere. I logged into studio one five, clicked the activate presonus sphere option and it always says subscription is expired. I checked presonus sphere, and it says that my membership is renewed but studio constnantly just says subscription is expired.

I had upgraded to PreSonus Sphere but when I open up Studio One it still says Prime and not Professional. I had downloaded the right one and also try too many times. I'm using this DAW on my Mac. Any solutions to fix this?
