In this article,
https://www.presonus.com/learn/technical-articles/Creating-a-Livestream-Setup-for-Live-Performance , is explained how to use an spdif cable as a workaround to send a signal to OBS. But OBS on my Mac only sees the 1824c but no spdif output. Thus the signal fed into OBS is just my mic on the left channel.
Am I missing something here?
