Question

I am new to the A/V production world and am working along the Music Minister as we learn together. We are using ProPresenter to live stream. The video is working great, but we have a house mic plugged into the camera for audio. We are in a gym (for social distancing), which gives a bad echo during sermons. Using a Aux on the old board, we have connected the Studio 24c and have mixed a great sound (using the headphones on the Studio 24c). Does anyone know how I can get ProPresenter to pick up the sound from the Studio 24c and run it through the live stream?

Hi Jeremy,

I am working to figure out the same problem--have you figured out a solution?  I'd love to hear if you've gotten something resolved.

Also, are you livestreaming through propresenter7?  We have not used PP7, but are using OBS as our livestream platform, with similar problems.  I'd be interested in hearing how PP7 works.  Do you use a 3rd party livestream platform with PP7?
