Question

Hello, I just purchased ITWO Studio Bundle and i got 2 Issues:

1- Mic Signal is Low (It only gets better when gain is like 1 or 2 ticks from max) which brings in a lot of sounds along with the recording (Is there any fix for this?) normally an interface should give a good enough signal at Middle or a bit more gain...

2- The Audio interface is connected directly to my USB Port and when i switched off my laptop for the first time while the audio interface is still plugged, all lights on it started to blink (On and off) and it kept going and only way to get it to stop is just by disconnecting the usb cable..... is this normal? could it be a faulty audio interface?

Any heads up or advice would be highly appreciated.

Ad 1: I have the same problem. I started with an XLR to TRS cable because I had one. It is better with XLR to XLR cable. I still need the gain to be close to max (maybe 3 clicks bellow) but there is no noise (with a cheap Superlux D10B mic).

Thanks Mate, Seems it is a general problem regarding the weak signal.

I am using the M7 MIC and Cables that came with the Bundle.

What i mean by noise, is that the high gain makes the mic pick up a cockroach walking 2 blocks away 

I really think and hope there are some settings to make it better.
