Have a bit of a strange one here. I'm currently using the AudioBox iTwo with the PreSonus M7 Condenser mic, and Audiotechnica ATH-M50x plugged in with a 1/4" adapter. I'm on Windows 10 64bit. I've only had the interface for around 2 weeks and, randomly, the output in my headphones sounds awful. I'm getting little to no mids, and there's a slight distortion. Can't exactly make music with that. It's the same issue whether I'm listening to music on Soundcloud, or through FL Studio. The strange thing is, The audio sounds better when I only plug in my headphones half-way, instead of fully plugging them in. The adapter came with the interface, so that's only 2 weeks used as well. Did they send me a bad adapter? Did my audio settings randomly change on their own? Any possible explanation would help because I seem to be the only person who has had this issue before.
