Each time I click install on a free product from the Shop section withing Studio One Pro 4:

Your order is taking longer than usual to process. You should receive an email with instructions shortly.

I don't receive mail either... I need to precise that I bought as rent to own on Splice.

Same here ... Using macbook pro with catalina os .. even after vu meter installed it still refuse to show up in the vst effects list ... Tried everything suggested by forums but still dint get through.. can anyony one help us out ?? other extention are not installin as well ..

Had the same problem, but if you go to the Studio One tab at the top of the song page and click on Studio One Installation, then expand My Purchased Items, they should be there. Then all you have to do is check the appropriate boxes and click install.  Cheers!
