Question

I purchased Studio One 4 on June 2, 2020 and received the PreSonus email with the version 5 free update option but have the same problem others mention here. I tried with Firefox, Internet Explorer, Microsoft Edge and Google Chrome and none of it work.

Yep, me too.. I added the upgrade to my cart (chose the regular version upgrade) and clicked through the checkout screen until I got to Paypal. The total still reflected the full amount - hesitant to proceed any further.

Ok - go to the products tab. Click your current version of Studio One. You should see a green "redeem" icon. that's where you do it. You may need to log out and then log back in to your my.presonus. Good luck!

Presonus invited us to wait so they can add 5 to your product list, which will be done automatically... the article seemed to indicate it would be completed on 7 July, but perhaps it's taking longer than expected.

Might be worth giving it another day or so and see if things appear?

Google Chrome browser is probably the solution, believe it or not but using any other browser will not show the Green Redeem button...

It works in Chrome but not in Safari. I just checked at work!

Same here, chrome did the trick, firefox doesn't show the upgrade option
