Question

I am using latest version of Studio One 4, and Mac OS 10.14 (Mojave). I am using an Audient iD22 interface, and a Native Instruments S61 Komplete Kontrol for Midi input.

I thought I was having an issue with the sustain pedal at first. When I would play through the instrument without recording, everything behaved as it should. When I record, however, The notes are not being held out. This happens whether or not I use Sustain pedal.

If the sustain pedal is not being held down, then the notes do not sustain. I recorded myself playing a 2 bar sustained note on piano without using the sustain pedal. Just holding the notes in. What played back from the recording was all staccato notes.

Anybody else have this? What am I doing wrong?

I have the same issue but I'm using the new studio one 5. have you already solved this issue? I have a Macbook pro but I don't have an audio interface, just a midi keyboard. I used to use logic pro and logic worked perfectly fine without an audio interface. I you have already solved this issue, I would like to hear how you have solved it. thank you
