Question

I have reset my Studiolive 24.4.2 Presonus mixer to factory settings. Now the gain reduction light stays on and I have no SOUND... This is very frustrating. Does anyone know how I can fix this problem?

Try and uninstall the driver on your computer and install from your account using the latest driver for your system. The knowledge base likely has articles on this proceedure:
