Why Studio One 4 is not reading 3rd party plug-ins?

I am using Studio One 4.6.1 Artist. I would like to use VST instruments from Fruity Loops 20, but it is not reading the files. Is it possbile?

I am using Windows 10. Thanks

Artist version cannot use third party VSTs. You need to upgrade to Professional or buy the VST add on.
