Why I couldn't see any tabs - VST Plug-ins - in my Studio One Artist 4 ?

Could you help me how to install VST instruments when I haven't any tabs in Options? (I have Mac computer)

VSTs are not supported in the Artist version without purchasing an add-on plugin, see https://www.presonus.com/products/studio-one/compare-versions
