Bought from Thomann the USB96 Bundle, I already had a Studio One Licence but could not register the hardware,  Saying invalid serial number

Trying to register new Studio 24c.  Says not valid

I bought this AudioBox USB96 at Thomann too and while I could register the box in itself I couldn't register the Eris E3.5 Studio Monitors which belong into the package. I wonder if someone had returned  the goods while already used the register number...
