My Subwoofer serial is being denied as an Invalid Serial

I just recently purchased a T10 brand new with an authorized distributor in my country, I even decided to register my 8 y/o Pre Sonus Eris5 (which I purchased at the same store) and those serials went thru without problems. I have a picture of both electronic invoices of these purchases, taken from the Distributor's PC. T10 was purchased on 08/11/23 and Eris's purchase date was on 01/05/16. I did verify letter by letter, number by number, Serial in the back of the unit is the same as the Registration paperwork included inside the box. Really odd.
