Question

The only registration # I can find on my Presonus Audiobox has only 10 characters not the required 20 or more!  How do I register my product?

The ten(10) characters should be correct as my audiobox has the same amount. You should be able to use it after you have created the account in (my presonus) website, and then click on the REGISTER A PRODUCT yellowish, orange tab and follow the instructions.

P.S. Also remember, the letters are in all CAPS !
