Question

When i record or payback any audio through studio one 4, i get a distortion that plays with some of the audio but all the is some that is at random frequencies not related to the audio. I don't know where it is from . Is there a latency or buffer issue? I have a amd 5 ryzen 3600x chip, 16gb ram, it should be able to handle it but it does it even ok n one track with no plugins added at all. Any advice?

Could you provide a sample of the audio?  There are a lot of different types of "distortion".  Clock issues sound different than buffer overruns which sound different than harmonic distortion.
