Trying to use my E-Piano-Sustain-switch to punch in recording on Logic Pro x it just causes a kind of flickering and jumping around in the Sequenzer instead of starting and stopping the recording. After that I need to restart the project to continue. Wich kind of footswitch is recommended? Is it working with Logic Pro x at all? Do I need to configure and how can I manage to do then?

Surely there is someone out there that can answer this question?

I would love to be able to get this to work.

Since no pedal that I've tried does anything other than Klaus' experience above,

I assume that this would or could be corrected either with a UniversalControl function which doesn't appear to exist at present,

or with some combination of buttons pressed on the FaderPort.

Someone please help!

I can't even start a Tech support ticket, the ability is broken on this website!

I've a Boss fs-5u and it works with Protools but not with Live 10 (I'm looking to know why)

Maybe your sustainpedal has the opposite polarity or if it has the polarity switch try the other position

I'm having the exact same issue in Logic. Does Presonus tech support even monitor these questions?
