Question

Dear PreSonus, 

I planned to do live music/band recording at studio/any places.  My question is, Do I need the Audio interface for me to connect Mixer  ? Or I just get PreSonus StudioLive AR16 USB 16-Channel Hybrid Performance Recording Mixer

Hi.  Just looked at the specs page and it looks like you have 18 inputs to record from.  Two options for where to record to - either to SD card or as a USB 2.0 audio interface mode.  So no, technically the mixer is all you need.  Here's my source https://www.presonus.com/products/StudioLive-AR16-USB/features.
