randomize rhythm would be good addition for generating rhythmic variation

Currently there is no randomize for rhythm like there is for pitch etc. This is a very useful compositional tool. Illustrated below the tool would transform bar 1 into bar 2 - all notes and chords stay in order, only the rhythmic units are permuted or randomised. This would be a great tool for generating rhythmic variety and finding new beats etc

The contextual menu when right clicking on selected part in the midi section will often display the randomize or humanize options.  You can use melodyne or the groove tool to get midi data from audio tracks as well.
