Question

I have lost the use if my nanoKONTROL2.  It performed perfectly just last week, and two days later it quit working.  Software was not used at all between the two instances, and the nanoKONTROL was in its case the whole time it wasn't being used.  I have been able to get it to respond, but only the rotary pots.  The faders and the and the momentary controls are completely unresponsive.  Anyone else has this to happen?

Hi.  I used to use that piece of kit.  You need to remember to hold down the buttons everytime you plug it in.  If memory serves me it's the "set marker key + rewind" as you plug it in, everytime you plug it in.  The key presses might be wrong but I haven't used mine since I bought a faderport last year.  Double check the instructions if you still have them.  Being bus powered you can leave it connected permanently if you have the USB spare and you won't have to do the button press everytime.  I hope that helps you.
