My friend and I are in a band and live far away. we want to record tracks from our own homes to build a song. Can we do that with one S1 4 License? We plan to share the cost as well as the license. Are we able to have our own profiles using the same license on separate computers?

You currently get 5 activations per license for Studio One.  Having separate profiles would not be possible.
